Hey

I’m Gabriella. I’m a cook, creative, recipe developer, dog lover and the woman behind no regretti spaghetti, where I share delicious recipes and fresh pasta tutorials with a fun, food-loving community of over 350k across Instagram and TikTok.

I’m British born to Armenian Cypriot and Canadian parents, so my sense of style and cooking has been hugely influenced by my mixed cultural background. I currently live in sunny Brisbane, Australia where I write about food, develop Mediterranean-inspired recipes and teach others the art of making pasta from scratch through my signature pasta therapy videos, and in-person workshops.

Writing a cookbook is a dream of mine, but not something I have explored just yet! In the meantime, you can find all of my recipes here, on Instagram and TikTok, or over on my Substack.

I shoot with an iPhone 17 Pro Max (previously with an iPhone 14 Pro), and a small tripod with an arm attachment that allows me to reposition the camera quickly. I only shoot in natural daylight, positioned by a window in my kitchen. Natural light and food work so well together, but it does make what I film a little weather dependent.

I’ve been writing about food and developing recipes for years, but in 2020 I decided to start an Instagram account to document my pasta making. I first started making pasta in my early 20s (way back in the mid-00s), but it wasn’t until 2020 that I started making pasta every week, researching new shapes, their etymology and sauces that paired with them. What started as a sort of visual diary of my pasta adventures, ended up growing into what it is today.

From recipe development, content creation and photography, to food styling and consulting, I’m open to new collaborations and partnerships.
