I’m Gabriella. I’m a cook, creative, recipe developer, dog lover and the woman behind no regretti spaghetti, where I share delicious recipes and fresh pasta tutorials with a fun, food-loving community of over 350k across Instagram and TikTok.
I’m British born to Armenian Cypriot and Canadian parents, so my sense of style and cooking has been hugely influenced by my mixed cultural background. I currently live in sunny Brisbane, Australia where I write about food, develop Mediterranean-inspired recipes and teach others the art of making pasta from scratch through my signature pasta therapy videos, and in-person workshops.
